Süßwarenfabrik RUDOLF HOINKIS GmbH

The company is a specialist manufacturer of dragee products for industry and trade. Their main products are sugar pearls (packed variably, combined with toys), colourful lentils and 100´s and 1000´s for industrial processing. All children know sugar pearls in baby bottles. New products are designed and tested to be launched next year.

Currently 35 full-time employees work for Süßwarenfabrik Rudolf Hoinkis GmbH. They work three 8-hour shifts. In the last few years a lot has been automated and efficiency has increased. Employees can use modern equipment.

The company is devided into different departments: Purchasing, Sales, Production, Technical department and Administration

Sales chains, e.g. Metro and Rewe, trading companies, other candy manufacturers and importers are the customers of the company. They export their products to 22 countries, e.g. Sweden, Norway and Austria.
